This is a Move the Box mini practice focusing on a fun lateral lunge sequence. Unlike other Move the Box practices, we don't do breath holds on this one! Great for hip flexor release and some energetic calming. About Move the Box: Move the Box practices use box breathing, a breathwork practice that asks a person to breathe in, hold the inhalation, breathe out, and hold the exhalation, for the same duration (e.g. 2, 4, 8 seconds, or anything that works for you!). In Move the Box, every part of the breath has a movement associated with it. This can help breathwork feel more accessible for some folks!
