Privacy Policy

This explains what Tidal Work collects and how it's used. We intentionally keep this minimal and we do not collect medical records or protected health information (PHI).

What we collect

Account details (your name and email); your subscription status; and in-app activity such as favorites, watch progress, playlists, your check-in mood, and content preferences you choose to share. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. The preferences message thread is for content choices, not clinical information.

How we use it

To run and improve the service, personalize your video recommendations, remember where you left off, and process your subscription. We don't sell your data.

Service providers

We rely on a few processors to operate: Supabase (database & sign-in), Stripe (payments), Mux (video hosting/streaming), Upstash (rate limiting), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only to provide its part of the service.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. Any usage analytics are aggregated and anonymized.

Your choices

You can view or update your details in your profile, manage or cancel billing through the Stripe customer portal, and request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Children

Tidal Work is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
