Hypermobility Stabilization
For bendy bodies: stabilization work that builds control without giving up the freedom and joy of moving. Connecting to glutes and the posterior chain, finding end-range control, and learning to feel where you are in space.
My own hypermobility experience is what led me to center joint stabilization in my work. The practices favor slow precision over big stretch, because for hypermobile folks, less range with more control is usually the win. We also use a ton of props to help support your body’s experience of feeling different muscles and movements.

Common questions
Should I stop stretching entirely?
Not necessarily — but here we flip the emphasis: strength and control at the ranges you already have.
Do I need a diagnosis for this to be for me?
No. If your joints feel wobbly, unreliable, or “too loose,” these practices meet you there — no diagnosis required.
