By creating an account or using Tidal Work, you agree to these terms.

The service

Tidal Work is a subscription that streams educational therapeutic-movement and pelvic-health practice videos. It is not medical care — see our Disclaimer.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your login secure; accounts are for one person and aren't to be shared.

Subscriptions & billing

Plans are $40/month, plus an optional Personalized Support add-on at $95/month. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your profile via the Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with advance notice. Promotional codes are subject to their stated terms.

Acceptable use

Your access is for personal, non-commercial use. Don't download, copy, share, or redistribute the videos, attempt to bypass access controls, or post abusive content in community notes.

Content & ownership

All videos and materials are owned by Tidal Work / Dr. Cait Van Damm and provided to you under a limited, personal, revocable license.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” Movement carries inherent risk; you participate at your own discretion and should consult a clinician (see the Disclaimer). To the extent permitted by law, Tidal Work is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.

Termination

You may stop using the service anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law & changes
