Urge incontinence is that "I have to go all the time!" and/or "I have to go NOW!" sensation, sometimes with leaking! Urge incontinence is often caused by tension, and sometimes regular stress incontinence (leaking with laughing/coughing/jumping) can be, too!
Welcome to a different way to approach a specific body challenge. Below, you'll find several buckets of movement that I find helpful in addressing tension-related incontinence from a whole-body perspective. You can move progressively from left to right in any given category or begin wherever makes sense for you. There's no hard destination. Take what you like and leave the rest.
Come back whenever. There's nothing to finish – just show up, get curious, and practice.
