Move The Box Breathwork: Anxiety Release Down Dog Sequence

This is a Move the Box mini practice focusing on a challenging transition from a modified child's pose to tabletop to down dog and back. I created this practice while experiencing pre-launch jitters and can happily testify that it was incredibly soothing! About Move the Box: Move the Box practices use box breathing, a breathwork practice that asks a person to breathe in, hold the inhalation, breathe out, and hold the exhalation, for the same duration (e.g. 2, 4, 8 seconds, or anything that works for you!). In Move the Box, every part of the breath has a movement associated with it. This can help breathwork feel more accessible for some folks!
