Open Practice, September 6: Flow Explorations

This week's Open Practice plays with dynamic movement and fluidity in the pelvis. Specifically designed for a gnarly period (mine!) to open the lower pelvis and abdomen, this is packed with feel good options and ends on the floor. Open Practice is a weekly practice dedicated to building deep listening skills and personal body autonomy. Like all content on Tidal Work, you are encouraged to make this practice your own. Unlike other content, Open Practice is taught with extra time to attune to whatever is going on in your body and with lots of options for changing the volume.
