Open Practice, August 9: Coming Down the Mountain

This week's Open Practice is an invitation to work on the parts of the body that get scrunchy with travel: The feet and ankles, neck and upper back, and the hip flexors. We begin on the floor and move into standing work with lots of creative movements and of course, so many options for volume! I personally felt about 1500% less cranky at the end! Open Practice is a weekly practice dedicated to building deep listening skills and personal body autonomy. Like all content on Tidal Work, you are encouraged to make this practice your own. Unlike other content, Open Practice is taught with extra time to attune to whatever is going on in your body and with lots of options for changing the volume.
